GORSEY LANE FARM had several tenants in the early part of the twentieth century, including Isaac Howard, who died in 1919 aged 80, and Leonard Lacey into the 1930s. In recent times its farm land has been part of nearby Fox Hill Farm, owned by Matthew Docker, a Birmingham industrialist, manufacturer at his Fisher Foundry of patent drinking bowls for cattle and of other metal products. Gorsey Lane farmhouse has, for many years, been a private dwelling.
