COBLEY HILL FARM covers a large area of land from Cobley Hill down to the canal, together with fields around and behind the farmhouse. Again run by from the early 1900s up to and including WW2. In recent years most of the land has been let out to other farmers, The large barn has been let for lambing, and loose boxes for horses have been rented out to riders.
